Ms Elaine Goh

Ms Elaine Goh is an Associate Trainer with Skills Explorer Training Singapore. She is also the Principal Consultant of Euphonics, a training consultancy established in 2010, that specializes in Business English for executives.

Ms Goh holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and majored in English Language and Literature with Philosophy as a minor subject at NUS (the National University of Singapore). She also holds a Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education, and a Masters of Education (MEd.) from Nanyang Technological University.

She is certified to administer the FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation Behavior) instrument. She is also qualified to design and facilitate adult learning programmes as she possesses the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) awarded by the Workforce Development Agency under the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) system.  She has partnered with different organizations in delivering teamwork workshops and also in facilitating a better understanding of English.

Prior to setting up her consultancy in 2010, Ms Goh was Dean (Studies) at Singapore Chinese Girls’ School, a highly-ranked independent local school and had also worked as a Cabin Crew Training Executive in Singapore Airlines specializing in English. Currently, she is an adjunct faculty member with the Singapore Institute of Management (Global Education) teaching Business English in a Diploma programme while working with other organizations on various projects. Some of her clients include Pearson Malaysia Sdn Bhd, SEACO Asia Pte Ltd, University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) Singapore, William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration, Deutsche Bank (Asia-Pacific) and NPS (National Public School) International.

Ms Goh is a member of the Executive Committee of the Organizational Development (OD) Interest Group of the Singapore Institute of Management, which organizes  seminars and workshops for OD professionals.
