– Executive Level, Division 1 and 2 Public Officers
– Suitable for those who need to craft business documents frequently so as to make a positive impression on the recipient.
Course Objectives
In the course of our work, we need to use words, phrases, clauses and sentence structures to express our meaning. This workshop is designed for public officers to equip them with the required communication skills, specifically on writing emails, sentence structures and grammar. It will help participants to express ideas simply and tactfully, avoiding redundancies and common grammar errors.
Course Duration
2 Days (16 hours), 9:00am – 5:00pm daily.
